- Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services until payment is
received.
Intellectual Property:
- We retain all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, to the content created as part of the services provided to Clients. This includes written materials, graphics, images, designs, and any other creative works produced by Dictiondash.com.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the content for the intended purpose outlined in the project brief.
Copyright and Trademark:
- Clients represent and warrant that any materials provided to the Agency for the creation of content do not infringe upon the copyrights or intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Our company’s name, logo, and any other trademarks associated with Dictiondash.com, are protected intellectual property assets.
- Clients are prohibited from using, reproducing, or modifying these trademarks without the express written consent of us. Any unauthorized use of our trademarks may result in legal action to protect these assets.
- Our company reserves the right to take legal action to enforce its copyright and trademark protections in the event of infringement or unauthorized use of its intellectual property assets.
Confidentiality:
- We agree to keep all Client information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without the Client’s consent. This includes any proprietary information, project details, or content strategies discussed during the engagement.
- Clients agree to provide necessary information and feedback to facilitate the delivery of services by us.
Revisions and Approvals:
- Clients have the right to request revisions to the delivered content within a specified timeframe as agreed upon in the project brief.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the final content deliverables to signify acceptance.
Termination:
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
- Upon termination, any outstanding fees or deliverables must be settled according to the agreed-upon terms.
Limitation of Liability:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the services provided.
- The maximum liability of us is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the services rendered.
Reserved Rights:
- We retain all intellectual property rights to the content created as part of the services provided to Clients. This includes but is not limited to copyright, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.
- The content produced by Dictiondash.com remains the property of the Agency until full payment has been received from the Client. Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the content for the intended purpose outlined in the project brief.
- We reserve the right to determine the timeline and method of service delivery based on project requirements, resource availability, and other factors. While the we will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery timelines.
